SMSGO SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description

SMSGO is an event coordination platform for recreational sports groups and community organizers. When you are enrolled in a group on SMSGO, you will receive SMS messages related to event coordination including:

• Event invitations and RSVP requests
• RSVP confirmations
• Game status notifications ("Game is ON!")
• Reminder and nudge messages
• Polls and surveys from your group organizer

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMSGO messages in one of two ways:

• Text JOIN to the SMSGO phone number to subscribe to your group's messages
• Your group organizer may add your phone number after obtaining your verbal or written consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of participation in any events or groups.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying to any SMSGO message with:

• STOP - Unsubscribe from all SMSGO messages
• LEAVE - Leave your current group
• UNSUBSCRIBE - Unsubscribe from all SMSGO messages

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your group's event schedule and organizer activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active periods.
